 You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium.

 You can choose between a medical-only plan and a medical plan that includes drug coverage. Some plans also include dental, vision, and hearing insurance, as well as an allowance for over-the-counter medications (depending on the plan), hearing aid savings, and gym memberships.
